We will perform two separate tests to determine body composition, one through the use of fat calipers, and the other using electrical bio impedance. The caliper test will be performed on 9 points over the body and the results used in conjunction with body weight to determine current body fat and lean muscle percentages.

We then also perform the bio impedance to determine the phase angle of the cell walls which effects how water and nutrients pass in and out of the cells. We can also determine intra and extra cellular water. It will also give an estimated basal metabolic rate and body mass index rating.

Body Composition Testing: $100

Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA): $50
